This course aims to strengthen the conceptual and facilitate the practical implementation of the Technical Guide on "Risk Analysis applied to dam safety management and base plates", published by the Spanish National Committee on Large Dams (SPANCOLD) and the College of Civil Engineering and Ports. This Technical Guide is presented last December 2012 at the Ministry of Agriculture,
