XVII International Diploma "feedback systems and Rainwater Harvesting (SCALL) for Human Consumption, Production in Backyard, controlled environments, seasonal agriculture and groundwater recharge"

The growing scarcity of water for domestic use affects about 1.4 billion people on the world, over 80 million in Latin America and the Caribbean and more than 15 million in Mexico, and 80% of disease is related to water quality, hence the urgent need to train staff on the technologies that help to resolve this worrying situation.
      Due to the above, I am pleased to inform you that the International Demonstration and Training in Rainwater Harvesting the Graduate College (CIDECALLI-CP), organizes the XVIII International Diploma "feedback systems and Rainwater Harvesting (SCALL) for Human Consumption, Production in Backyard, controlled environments, seasonal agriculture and groundwater recharge, "which will be held in the Congress Unit of the Graduate College, Montecillo Texcoco, State of Mexico, from 8 to 14 October, 2012.
      The aim of the diploma is the training of managers with Occupational Competency Certification by the Graduate College for the development, management and implementation of projects in Catchment Systems Rainwater.
      Knowing the great interest that his institution has expressed socially sustainable development and conservation of natural resources, we kindly request you to consider the possibility of commissioning staff to participate in this momentous event.
