Educational strategies to incorporate the principles of the new culture of water

The purpose of the course is substantially education. That is, build and construct knowledge
and values about the ethics of the New Water Culture with the horizon of social change.
The message aims to build, integrate, generates and transfers knowledge and human values
to promote the adoption of the New Water Culture, understood as a change of
paradigm to the environmental, economic, social and cultural oriented consideration
