One more year, the Foundation invites Conama local authorities across the country for a new meeting on sustainability in cities and municipalities, the local fifth meeting. And this time will be in Vitoria-Gasteiz, at a key moment: just as this city will take over from Hamburg as the European Green Capital 2012.
