The Institute for Research and Development in Water Supply, Sanitation and Water Resources Conservation (Cinara), Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad del Valle, Cali, Colombia, makes for the eighth time the event WATER. In this case, will be WATER 2011, this event will celebrate in Cali between 15 and 18 November 2011.

WATER 2011 will approach like central subject the relation between Ecosystems and Society, starting off of the conceptual frame of the Ecosistémicos Services, showing it´s potentialities and applications like policy instrument, but also it´s limitations and risks.
