Groundwater is a hidden resource in hydrologic cycle. Recently, it faces several pressures and threats not less than surface water. In addition, assessing its situation is technically difficult and consumes large funding. Since, the value of groundwater diverses from types of usage and urban to rural areas. Therefore, the need of different management scheme is vital.
