The United States’ Environmental Protection Agency’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II permit programme impacts 5,000 communities. To meet these regulations, municipal professionals, state and federal government officials, consultants, developers, engineers and vendors need training that covers a wide range of techniques, tools, and knowledge areas.
