Mon, 27/03/2006 / Fri, 31/03/2006
The Harvard World Model United Nations (WorldMun) World Heritage Committee 2006 will seek to engage new perspectives and explore the as-yet uncharted expanses of the world’s outstanding examples of cultural and natural significance. By working in designated delegate teams, the 21 members of the Committee will collaborate to present 7 creative and comprehensive site nominations to the Committee in Beijing. After being accepted into the committee, delegates will be assigned to three-person working groups consisting of delegates from around the world. These working groups will prepare both stages of the World Heritage Site Submission- the preliminary site proposal and the final site nomination.
