This conference will present the more recent technological and scientific developments associated with the management of surface and sub-surface water resources. It will be an opportunity to bring together scholars, scientists, experts and researchers with end users, managers, decision makers and stakeholders from universities, institutes, agencies and authorities from all over the world to discuss and develop a general framework for optimizing water resources management and control for sustainable development.
