There is an almost unprecedented policy opportunity at the moment for recreating and restoring wetlands, created by changes to the Common Agricultural Policy, the Water Framework Directive, Flood Risk Management and other areas that could enable recovery of landscape scale wetlands.

The aim of this conference is to explore how the variety of policies and plans can be harnessed to enable landscape scale wetlands to be created and restored.
