Environment ministry started negotiations with Aranjuez birds community to buy 15 water cubic hectometros to be sent to Murcia, according to the negotiation parties. The water would be used to human comsmption in Murcia and Alicante, and it would let the ministry make a emergency delivery to safe Murcia orchards.
