The object of this document is the basic configuration of a “system of work” oriented and directed to all the parts interested in the study, the management, the investigation, the use and the operation of underground waters in the province of Jaén, by means of which from a made diagnosis that reflects the present reality, the concretion of the existing problems, the proposal of a series of performances and the essential administrative support, to regularize, to balance and to harness the correct use of the facilities of water pick up, as well as other types of facilities mining-industrialists, as much in the previous phases (construction) like in later phases (operation, maintenance, etc..) in order to as much approximate us to a suitable regime of sustainability quantitatively as qualitatively.
