This work was elaborated in the framework of the "Spanish Seminar CECOP of Wetlands (Ramsar)" made by the Environmental Education Unit of the Environmental Ministry. Employees of the state, autonomica and municipal governments, NGO members, employees of companies, researchers and experts participated in the Seminar.
