The groundwaters have a great importance in the life of people and the community of the Nation, importance that is frequently not appreciated, or is not known by the society. In effect, most of the people think that the groundwater is a rare phenomenon or occurrence, and they associate only with some pick up they know, or sometimes with a well, with its cord and its bucket or its small moto-pump, where water in rural farms or property is extracted.
