This document contains concepts and information to stimulate the intersectorial coordination that the water management requires from the perspective of the supply-demand of the resource, its quality and institutional aspects. With the purpose of maintaining the coherence with the Development Plan strategies have been adopted and the most significant advances of their programs relative to the water are presented. Although most of the document talks about the continental water, also it covers the marine and atmospheric spaces.
