The objective of this report is to make known the finds and recommendations of the Gender Diagnosis and propose the measures to get the gender equity in water supply and sanitation programs in the Andes. There are four levels a) macrosectorial policies; b) planning of the projects; c) institutional capacity to incorporate women; and d) outcomes of the present experiences
