The Winter of 2004-2005 can be considered as one the most dry periods in the last 60 years. At the same time, it´s not raining enough in Spring, which it will consolidate the losses in the zones where there is drought and it would make that in other regions where the drought can appear. The next evolution in drought zones will depend on the rainfall and temperature in the next days. Therefore, the total amount of the losses caused by the drought will not be able to be valued until the end of May. This circumstance doesn´t impede the analysis of the situation and the development of a plan to fight against this situation.
