This manual is an introduction to the fundamental principles of the concept of Integrated Management of the Hydric Resources and focuses on the approaches and tools of management that facilitate their application. It is addresses to trainers who, during a national or regional seminary, take to the participants to elaborate a diagnosis of their hydrographic river basin and a plan of action. The manual also goes to those people who wish to perfect their knowledge and to improve their capacity to manage the uses of water of a more sustainable way.
