Description of the case of problems of water in Almeria, a population with many possibilities but scarce resources, especially water, which has been developed by exploiting to the maximum the resources which had up to the point of threatening to exhaust them. In the way the human activity has gone increased over the natural resources available, déficits has been increased and, for the same reasons, whereas the exposition of limitless development does not change, the demands of resources will be also limitless.
