Results of a study made by the University of Zaragoza for WWF, show the erroneous economic calculation with which the Government justifies the viability of diversion of the Ebro and, at the same time, emphasizes the existence of economic alternatives. The work consists of the following chapters: 1. Quantification of the territorial imbalances. 2. Cost-benefit analysis, in contrast with the one presented by the Spanish Government. 3. Alternatives, from a coherent strategy with Sustainable Development perspectives.
