This report provides clear data indicating that the answer of the Commissioner Wallstrom E-0509/0ÉS on 28th of March 2003, to Parliamentary Written Question E-0509/03, on 13rd of February 2003, formulated to the Commission by the deputy Joan Colom i Naval (PSE), about the project of transfer of the river Ebro, does not adjust to the present and future reality of the quality of water of the Ebro. The report elaborated by the New Foundation Culture of Water, by request of WWF, provides a major clarity to the aspects of the quality of the Ebro.
