Climate change may pose risks and / or create opportunities for development initiatives in many countries. Members of the USAID program on Global Climate Change have developed this Manual Adjustment to help the Missions and other partners to understand how climate change may affect the performance of their projects and identify adaptation options to be incorporated into the design of projects more flexible and easily adaptable to these changes.
