The River Rally will help grassroots groups harness the power of citizen involvement to protect rivers and build healthier communities and watersheds. It is a training opportunity for river conservation organizations and watershed partnerships in the United States. Together, they will celebrate rivers, teach and learn from each other, and explore the possibilities of citizen action.
