WWW-YES is a doctoral workshop in the field of urban water, organized by leading European research institutes in environmental sciences. The workshop is multidisciplinary, combining natural and social sciences to improve trans-disciplinary discussions and social commitment of scientific research in the field of integrated water management. WWW-YES is characterized by a non formal work environment stimulating scientific creativity, exchange and discussion between participants (limited to 25).
The WWW-YES workshop is linked to 2 large French events called ‘University for water and sustainable development’ and the ‘Festival de l’Oh!’ (6-7 June 2009). These events are annual citizen awareness campaigns organized by the Val-de-Marne County Council focusing on urban water-related issues
