Conference: Drinking Water Quality in Distribution Systems

According to the recent reports of the Drinking Water Inspectorate, water quality in the UK is good. Public awareness of water quality issues has increased and complaints usually relate to problems of discolouration, taste and odour, but of increasing concern are the outbreaks of illness and sometimes death caused by the presence of bacteria, pathogens and viruses.
