A plant for healing potable water production comprises an inlet, intended for its connection to a source of treated water, and is connected to an inlet of a reservoir for thermal water treatment. It additionally comprises device for heating, cooling,freezing, subsequent ice melting and melt water obtaining. An outlet of a reservoir for thermal water treatment is connected with an inlet of mineralizing reservoir, and an outlet of mineralizing reservoir is located in the bottom of lower reservoir and is plant outlet. It additionally comprises plant control system, comprising sensor of temperature, pressure and water level, electromagnetic valves and processor, which inlets are connected to sensors of temperature, pressure and water level, arranged in plant reservoirs, and processor outlets are connected to corresponding devices for water heating and cooling, to electromagnetic valves and pump, reservoir for preliminary water treatment, dispenser and tank for reagent, treating water and/or coagulant.
